Grad Night reservations are now closed!
For those attending, you will pick up your Grad Night packet at CHS on Friday, June 12 beginning at 4:45. Directions to the dinner venue and more details about the first part of the event will be included in your packet. It will be a drive through pickup. Just drive into the specific lane based on your graduate's last name and our volunteers will get your packet for you. No need to even get out of your car!
You should plan to go directly to the dinner venue after picking up your packet, so we recommend coming to the packet pickup dressed and ready for the party!
We will contact attendees via the email addresses included on the submitted reservation forms or reservation cards, but will also post any relevant information here and on our Instagram and Facebook accounts.
Grad Night packets will be available for pickup at CHS between 4:45 and 5:30 pm on Friday. Simply drive into the parking lot and then into the appropriate lane. Packets will be sorted by your graduate's last name. If you will be traveling as a group with multiple students in one car, let us know and we'll group your packets under the last name of your choice. We will have alphabetized signs and volunteers at the end of each lane to help direct you. We're hoping to get everyone on their way in a matter of minutes but please be patient with our volunteers.
You must pick up your packet in person. Your packet will include the dinner location and wristbands for each member of your party. You will not be allowed to enter the dinner without your wristbands.
If you miss the packet pickup at CHS, a volunteer will contact you via the phone number provided on your transportation card to let you know where to go to get your packet. There will also be a contact number on a sandwich board in the parking lot at CHS if you miss the call.
The dress code for the first part of the evening is business casual. We recommend that you bring a light sweater or jacket for dinner.
Your graduate should bring a change of clothes for the afterparty. They will change into their comfortable clothes at the end of the dinner and parents/guardians should plan to take their dressy clothes home with them. Backpacks and purses will not be allowed on the bus or at the afterparty. Each graduate will be given a clear bag at the dinner for anything they'd like to bring with them for the evening. There will be an opportunity to check their bag at the afterparty if they don't want to carry it around with them.
We recommend that graduates bring a sweatshirt or jacket for the afterparty. The location will have activities both indoors and outdoors.
